The Goals of This Website

I’ve created this website with the intent to share some knowledge that I have in my roles in IT & Oil and Gas Drilling.

I haven’t found a dedicated website to Oil and Gas Drilling workplace best practices and dealing with personal experiences in the rig life.

With IT work there are so many unique problems, answers aren’t black and white a lot of the times so I wanted to blog about some unique situations in troubleshooting.

About me | Oil & Gas Drilling

For 7 years I worked in the oil and gas industry. I consider myself to have been a pretty thorough hand, and I had attained to the title of assistant driller before the industry fell apart for us in 2016 prompting my move to NYC.  I would like to share with new and practicing hands my work habits I found useful in my Oilfield blog. I’m hopeful this blog will evolve to a more comprehensive blog that could become a separate website that would include other blog contributors.

2. Maintaining the firm’s website, online paid advertising accounts, and online graphics creation.
